Subscription and billing

Ringing Pal is a business subscription service provided by ARForge Labs LLC. The subscription fee is $79 per month, plus any applicable taxes, billed in advance. By subscribing, you agree to be charged this amount automatically each month until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account, or by contacting us at [email protected].

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will continue to have full access to Ringing Pal through that date. Once cancellation is effective, you will not be charged for a subsequent billing period and your subscription will not renew.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or dissatisfaction after the service has been made available.

• Duplicate charges or billing errors on our end will be corrected promptly.
• At our sole discretion, we may issue a refund or account credit in exceptional circumstances. Issuing a refund or credit in one instance does not create an obligation to do so in another.

Business use

Ringing Pal is offered solely for business and commercial use. By subscribing, you represent that you are obtaining and using the service for business or commercial purposes, and not primarily for personal, family, or household purposes.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where required by applicable law, notified to you in advance.

Non-waivable rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
