RingingPal

You're on the job. The phone keeps ringing.

Ringing Pal answers it, books the appointment, and texts you what happened — so the next job doesn't go to voicemail.

Starts at $79/month — adjusts up or down based on your call volume.

Every unanswered call is a job walking to your competitor.

You can't stop what you're doing to answer the phone. So it goes to voicemail. A lot of callers won't leave a message — they'll just call the next name on the list. That's a job, and the money that comes with it, gone before you even knew you had a shot at it.

Here's what happens instead.

Three-step flow: phone rings, Ringing Pal answers and books the appointment, then texts a confirmation.

1. Your phone rings. Ringing Pal answers — using your real hours, service area, and rates.

2. It figures out what the customer needs, checks your actual calendar, and books the appointment.

3. You get a text with everything: who called, what they needed, and what's now on your schedule.

It's not a voicemail. It's not a call center. It's built to actually handle the call.

Talks like your business, not a script

Ringing Pal knows your hours, service area, and rates — so customers get a real answer, not a runaround. If something sounds urgent, it's flagged and sent straight to you.

Books the actual appointment

It checks your real calendar and puts the job on the books while the customer's still on the phone — not a "someone will call you back."

Keeps everyone in the loop

The customer gets a text confirmation. You get a summary of the call and the job. Every call and customer is saved so you can look back anytime.

Works in more than one language

If your customers don't all speak English, Ringing Pal talks with them in their language too.

Built for people who work with their hands, not a keyboard.

Plumbers. Electricians. HVAC techs. Handymen. Locksmiths. Garage door techs. Appliance repair techs. Landscapers. Mobile mechanics. Cleaners. If you're a solo operator or a small crew answering your own phone, this is for you.

A small company, built by someone who gets it.

Ringing Pal is built by ARForge Labs LLC — a company started by one person who's spent his life around struggling good, hardworking people trying to make an honest living. Too often, one missed call is the difference between an easier month and a hard one. Ringing Pal exists to make sure that every job opportunity is caught, and every customer that needs you gets serviced.

What Ringing Pal doesn't do

  • It won't do the job for you — it books it.
  • It follows the rules and hours you set — nothing improvised.

Work isn't steady. Your bill shouldn't punish you for that.

Start at $79/month. Slow month? It drops to $39, automatically. Busier month, more calls to handle? More jobs means more resources — same as any job takes more materials the bigger it gets — so it scales up to $149.

Questions people ask before signing up

Will my customers know they're talking to an AI?

If a customer asks, Ringing Pal always says so honestly — it never pretends to be a person.

What happens if it's a real emergency?

If it sounds like a real emergency — fire, gas leak, medical — Ringing Pal tells the caller to hang up and call 911 first. For anything else urgent, it alerts you immediately so you can call back, and flags it in your dashboard.

Does it work with my calendar?

Yes — Ringing Pal checks your real calendar before booking anything.

Do I need to change my phone number?

Either works — if your business doesn't have a dedicated line yet, we can provide one. If you already have a number, just forward it to Ringing Pal.

What if I want to cancel?

Cancel anytime from your account. It takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and you won't be charged again. No partial-month refunds. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
