About Ringing Pal
Built by ARForge Labs LLC, a small Ohio-based company.
Ringing Pal is an AI phone receptionist for solo tradespeople and small service businesses -- plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs, and similar. When a customer calls and the owner can't pick up because they're under a sink or up a ladder, Ringing Pal answers, books the job against real availability, and texts a summary -- so the call doesn't just go to voicemail and become the next business's lead instead.
We're a small, independent operator ourselves: one founder building a tool for the same kind of small business we are. No call center, no overseas answering service -- just software that answers the phone the way the owner would, every time, so nothing falls through the cracks while they're on the tools.

Frequently asked questions
Who is Ringing Pal for?
Solo and small-crew trade businesses -- plumbing, electrical, HVAC, handyman, and similar -- who lose real jobs to calls they simply couldn't get to while working. If you've ever finished a job and found three missed calls, this is built for you.
How does it actually work?
You forward your business line (or hand out a dedicated one) to Ringing Pal. An AI assistant answers using your own hours, rates, and service area, books appointments against your real calendar, and texts you a summary of every call -- plus reminders and updates to the customer along the way.
Is my customers' information safe?
Yes. Call and message content is used only to operate the answering and booking service -- never sold, and never used for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Do I need to be technical to set it up?
No. Setup is a short form -- your hours, rates, service area, and a few preferences -- not a configuration project. Most owners are live the same day.
How do I get started or ask a question?
Call or text us using the number above, or email [email protected] -- a real person reads every message.
